A breath of fresh hip hop air at Fair Play Dance Camp.

Kevin Paradox Oelen, who comes from the Netherlands, is currently one of the most original hip hop dance performers. Despite being only 23, he is among the best dancers from the Tulip Kingdom.

His first great inspiration were his parents, professional musicians. It is them, who have seeded the love of art and music in Kevin. Paradox’s early stages were not easy. Despite his passion and enthusiasm, he could not work his way through the dance world. He claims that the reason for that was his ignorance and the lack of knowledge on dance history and hip hop culture. However, with time, he developed a drive to learn it, as well as pursue disciplines such as science, philosophy, martial arts and sports. Such interdisciplinary approach to learning has proved to be life-saving when it came to Oelen’s dance. He started to rapidly climb the ladder of the dance scene.

He has become a man deeply immersed in the dance in mind-related and spiritual ways.
